Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
FLGD is made to make you feel good, and we back up with our return policies. If you are not pleased with your purchase from www.flgd.shop simply contact us with in 15 days and we will give you a refund or replacement. While we hope it does not come to that, we will make the process as painless as possible.
1. For all returns please email atyourservice@flgd.shop within 15 days of receiving your order to request your return authorization number.
2. Include in your email the original order number & the items you are requesting to return/ exchange.
3. Once your return/exchange has been approved you will receive a return authorization number.
4. FLGD is fully committed to customer satisfaction. We also understand that you may have a change of mind in which case we are happy to work with you in any which way possible. We will not be able to offer you a refund unless the product is unused and in its original package.
5. Return shipping will be borne by the customer.
6. We recommend using Registered post with tracking.
7. FLGD cannot take responsibility for lost or missing returned orders.
8. Unwashed, unworn or unused items in original condition ( with tags) may be returned upon presentation of your original invoice up to 15 days after receiving your order.
9. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been incorrectly shipped, or are different to the product purchased on the website.

FLGD is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Once you receive the shipment confirmation email, please allow 24hrs for the tracking number to be activated. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-5 business days within USA, in the event that an ordered item is unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative, a backorder or a full refund.
